My most common services are productized, meaning they come with clear scope, deliverables and a process I follow on repeat. If your project doesn't neatly fall into one of these, book a call and we can discuss a custom package.

I follow the same five steps for every project. Steps 01 and 02 are the most important as they set up a smooth execution, hence they make up over half the process.
Apart from our initial call, all communication happens via Slack, with designs presented via Adobe and Loom.
Discovery is the process by which I learn about your business and ideas. I then use this to form the directions I present in step 02.
This call lasts 30-60 minutes depending on the scope of the project.
This is where most of the time goes. I work in sketch form to present two conceptual directions alongside my creative thinking and points of inspiration. These are drawn loosely, with enough detail to understand the big idea.
From there I redraw the chosen direction to include more details and present. We only leave this phase once you've signed off.
Additional initial concepts to choose from available at $500 each.
Once you've signed off I execute the digital version of the design(s). This is where additional details are added, colors added, and mockups of the design(s) are presented.
A round of revisions is always included at this point, and because we've started broad and slowly honed in on the direction, revisions are often limited. These can include selecting other/additional colors, refining details, and swapping out text.
I prepare and hand off every file, organized and named. For merch, that means going direct to the printer, reviewing proofs, and making sure nothing gets lost in translation.
For brand and web, that means files your team can actually use, and a walkthrough so you can run with it without me.
